Conditions for Return/Exchange:
To return/exchange a product from Eraj, the product must be returned to the concerned person (For example; Delivery Man) as the same condition as it is delivered to the customer.
For electronic, appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please view our Warranty Policy.
The sold product must be returned to the original packaging or box of the manufacturer.
If any breach of conditions is violated, then Eraj authority reserves all the right to cancel the refund/exchange service against that specific product.
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, kindly please file a return request on the Eraj application or website within 12 hours of the delivery date.
For particular categories, there are different return policies:
Eraj might not accept product return if:
If the product is not returned in a condition as it was delivered.
If the product was physically damaged or not all of the parts were available.
If the product got damaged because of any of the reasons which are restricted in the warranty terms & conditions.
For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. To claim seller warranty, please contact the seller. The contact details of the seller can be found on the invoice. To claim brand warranty, please refer to the Brand Contact List given in the Eraj application or website. To refund online/mobile wallet payments (Bkash,Nagad,etc), it will take 7 to 10 working days as per the bank or payment gateway partner policy.
Refund charges will be applicable and will be deducted as per the policy and gateway charges.
For mobile wallet refund there will be no extra charges to be provided by Eraj
Refund charges will not be applicable if the ordered product is not delivered on time or Eraj failed to complete the delivery or any of the reason, because of Eraj technical issue.
In case of any cancellations of any pre booking order(s) due to inevitable circumstances the paid amount would be refunded as the customers’ Eraj account.
If any order got canceled by the customer, then the customer will get refunded with his/her paid amount and shall be disqualified for any kind of offers or cashback associated with the particular order.
The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e., if the customer pays via bKash, then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channels.
